International fashion designer, filmmaker, and global creative voice Dr Lady Priyanka Mallick Banerjee has achieved another international milestone as her film has been officially selected for the prestigious ICJ Award 2026.
The selection comes after an international jury reviewed submissions from more than 2,500 filmmakers worldwide. According to the official announcement, the film will be screened as part of the opening program on May 14 and featured during the red carpet event at Uzhhorod Castle in western Ukraine. The project will also be shown in Ukrainian schools through the “Cinema in Schools” initiative in collaboration with Max Sir International Film Festival.
