संस्थान की गोपनीयता नीति का पालन करना सभी संवादाताओं, पदाधिकारियों और उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए अनिवार्य है।
10. संशोधन और अद्यतन:
संस्थान इन नियमों और शर्तों को किसी भी समय बिना पूर्व सूचना के संशोधित कर सकता है।

11. संवाददाताओं के लिए प्रशिक्षण और मार्गदर्शन:
संस्थान संवाददाताओं के लिए समय-समय पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेगा, जिसमें उन्हें नैतिक पत्रकारिता, सटीक रिपोर्टिंग, और तथ्य-जांच के महत्व को समझाया जाएगा।

संवाददाताओं को अपनी सामग्री प्रस्तुत करने से पहले स्रोतों की पुष्टि और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने की प्रक्रिया का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
12. संस्थान के अधिकार क्षेत्र:
संस्थान केवल उन्हीं विवादों या मुद्दों का निपटारा करेगा, जो उसके अधिकार क्षेत्र और कार्यक्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आते हैं।
संस्थान की गतिविधियाँ मुख्य रूप से भारत के कानूनी और सामाजिक ढांचे के अनुसार संचालित होती हैं।
किसी भी संवाददाता, उपयोगकर्ता, या पदाधिकारी को संस्थान के नाम का उपयोग ऐसे कार्यों में करने की अनुमति नहीं है, जो अवैधानिक हों या संस्थान के मिशन, दृष्टि, या उद्देश्यों से भटकते हों।
अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर संस्थान का नाम या सामग्री उपयोग करने के लिए संपादक मंडल से पूर्व स्वीकृति लेना अनिवार्य होगा।
13. भ्रामक सामग्री या नीतियों का उल्लंघन करने पर कार्रवाई:
यदि कोई संवाददाता, उपयोगकर्ता, या पदाधिकारी भ्रामक, अप्रमाणिक, या अनुचित सामग्री प्रस्तुत करता है, तो संस्थान उसके खिलाफ निम्नलिखित कदम उठा सकता है:
लिखित चेतावनी: पहली बार उल्लंघन करने पर संबंधित व्यक्ति को लिखित चेतावनी दी जाएगी।
पद समाप्ति: बार-बार उल्लंघन करने पर संबंधित व्यक्ति की सदस्यता या पद समाप्त किया जा सकता है। गंभीर प्रवृति के अपराधों या अड़ीबाजी जैसे कृत्यों में संलिप्तता पाए जाने पर तत्काल प्रभाव से स्वतः ही वैधता व सर्वाधिकार समाप्त माने जाएंगे। ऐसी दशा में संस्थान से संबंधित सभी सामग्री जैसे आईडी कार्ड इत्यादि स्वयं कार्यालय में जमा कराना अनिवार्य होगा।
कानूनी कार्रवाई: यदि उल्लंघन से संस्थान की साख, गोपनीयता, या कानूनी स्थिति को नुकसान होता है, तो संबंधित व्यक्ति के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही शुरू की जाएगी।
संस्थान किसी भी प्रकार के दुरुपयोग या उल्लंघन के मामलों की गंभीरता से जांच करेगा और संबंधित पक्षों को निष्पक्ष सुनवाई का अवसर देगा।
