When did you started your journey as an chef?

My cooking journey started at home. I always enjoyed cooking for my family and trying new recipes. Later, I started sharing my recipes on Instagram, and the positive response from people encouraged me to continue.

I like to use fresh and simple ingredients that are easily available in every kitchen. My focus is to keep the recipe tasty, healthy, and easy for people to make at home.

I believe even simple ingredients can make delicious food. I like to add small creative twists to everyday recipes so they become interesting while still feeling homemade and comforting.

Restaurant cooking focuses more on presentation and large quantities. Home cooking is more personal and full of emotions because it is made with love for family and friends.

Some of my favourite recipes are aloo paratha, dal baati, dosa, dal chawal, and Pakoda Kadhi. These dishes are inspired by simple Indian home cooking and are easy for everyone to make
