She later expanded her expertise to include chocolate making, cake decoration, various types of bread, and other baking specializations. Her unwavering curiosity drives her to continually upskill and innovate in the vast universe of baking. At home, she is supported by her two sons, her biggest cheerleaders, and her husband, who serves as an excellent sounding board. During her leisure time, Nandini enjoys traveling, exploring cuisines, uncovering baking tricks, and debunking myths about baking.
Baking and cooking have been Nandini’s passion since childhood. Her journey began when her firstborn requested birthday cakes made by her, a gesture that motivated her to pursue baking seriously. Over the past 8–9 years, she has been perfecting her craft for her family and beyond. An engineer and B.Ed. graduate, Nandini has completed over 120 courses, including chocolate-making, which she teaches passionately, clearing doubts and ensuring her students gain practical experience in their kitchens.
