Ahead of their baby’s arrival, the couple, along with their families, paid a visit to Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai and sought blessings from Lord Ganesha, a day before Ganesh Chaturthi.
The two were spotted on Friday at the temple, together with their immediate family, in a profoundly emotional and spiritual moment. Ranveer was the perfect husband as he stood by his wife Deepika going inside the temple premises, truly flooded with gratitude and anticipation. This was an emotional visit to remind their fans how the lovebirds had paid a visit to Siddhivinayak soon after their 2018 wedding.
In a video shared by a paparazzo, Deepika was shining bright in a green saree with a matching blouse. Her baby bump is gorgeously visible as she along with Ranveer greeted the onlookers with folded hands. Ranveer looked dashing in a cream-colored kurta-pajama with his signature man-bun and rounded off the look with black sunglasses. The duo joined the queue along with other devotees along with the family members and reflected much about their humility and faith, which runs deep-rooted.
It was pictures and videos of the temple visit that sent fans into an emotional overdose, remembering the couple’s earlier visits to Siddhivinayak before major milestones. Of course, the presence of their families made the occasion all that warm, and many have said that is what is needed when one is going through such an important phase of life. The fans are also playing some guessing games over the gender of the baby and showering the couple with love and blessings.
Being the sanctum of Lord Ganesha, the Siddhivinayak Temple is usually visited by Bollywood celebrities to get a vibe of the supreme power. Deepika and Ranveer’s visit, with their families by their side, extends the continuity of this temple as a place of faith, hope, and love.
