When did you started your journey as an food Blogger
I started my Journey as an Food Blogger in the year 2018.
What role does culinary history play in shaping contemporary food trends
The best part is history always repeats itself, but to keep up with us and times, it comes back in a trendy way.
Ayesha Arobee Favourite food you Always wanted to have or eat
I love My mom’s cooked food, along with fuchka, a popular Bangladeshi street food, and sushi. These are the favorite treats!.
How do you see the future of sustainable food practices evolving in the next decade
I think sustainability has been making “its” place but with global warming and other wordly issues we need to step up our game in terms of sustainable food practices to keep our home, the earth safe and clean. A drastic change/ replacement of plastic as a revolution still needs to occur and I am waiting for that day.
How do you see the relationship between food and memory influencing both personal experiences and cultural
I think its one of the strongest and underrated relationships to exist. Core memories are brought back by food, childhood can be brought back by food, and so much more. I have always considered food to be art, thanks to my mom and dad who were and are food enthusiasts and people who work with food to be artists.
How the aroma coming from a bread/ biscuit factory reminds of the location and road which you used to cross every day of your lives while going back home from school is just amazing. Culture and food are best friends, to explain culture to someone, food can be the biggest equipment.
