That was refreshing for Yami; she even thanked Priya for doing this role. Yami has always believed in story- and character-driven films, especially true-event films. Working in true event films was something Yami always looked forward to. It was challenging, as most of the characters have had happened back.

Yami never liked balloons, as she had a fear of bursting it. They both had a fun conversation in a poster where Yami was holding a gun, because Yami had a fear of balloon that it might burst. She has a lot of action scenes in the film; they shared those experiences.

Later, in the live session, they also took some questions from the audience. Priya shared that two days back, her family watched Fighter; after the film, there was an advertisement where the poster of Article 370 bursted in. She felt so happy and asked her family how they felt. And the audience’s response was exciting.

They can not wait to see people enjoying the film in theatres. Yami also got good responses from the audience. She got respect and love. It was new for all of them: how did it happen? What happened? So, they tried to show the audience and engage them with how this event occurred and how this mission works cleanly.

They shot in Kashmir and felt good. They thank the CRPF and the Police for caring for the team. After the removal of 370, it is better now, told by a few Kashmiris.

Tourism has increased a lot. There was a traffic jam in Srinagar, which is rare. It was a good response from people there; it got better regarding revenue and other things.

The teaser provides a glimpse into the personal chain of events and the incredible conditions surrounding the repeal of Article 370.

The teaser for Yami Gautam’s upcoming film “Article 370” has been released, showcasing the actress in a compelling and intense role as an intelligence officer. This brief glimpse into the movie hints at a storyline deeply embedded in the socio-political milieu of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly focusing on the controversial and significant decision by the Indian government to revoke the special status granted to the region under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution.

Article 370 was a part of the Indian Constitution that granted special autonomy to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, allowing it to have its own constitution, flag, and autonomy over the internal administration of the state, except in defense, communications, foreign affairs, and finance. On August 5, 2019, the Indian government announced the abrogation of Article 370, leading to the bifurcation of the state into two union territories: Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh. This move was met with mixed reactions, sparking significant political and social discourse.
